Written almost half a year back….

The problem I have with Lean in – they are more for mothers and less for women!

Jane says that it shouldn’t be assumed a woman without a child has nothing of significance in her life beyond work. Everyone needs time away from their desks to do the things that give their life meaning,’ she says.

‘For me, not having children isn’t the end of the world. But however women feel about not having children, we all want the same thing: an acknowledgement that our lives outside of the office matter, too.’
